Melanie Sison is a Senior Communication Specialist supporting ADB's Digital Innovation Sandbox Program under the Information Technology Department. She has over a decade of experience in the development sector, and has experience in key thematic areas, including gender, climate change, and community development. She has worked in the private sector, the government, nongovernment organizations, intergovernmental organizations, and the media in various capacities. She has a degree in communication, a minor in philosophy, and a Master's degree in counseling psychology from the Ateneo de Manila University.
