Blaire Ng

Health Specialist, Human and Social Development Office, ADB Sectors Department

Blaire Ng brings over 8 years of interdisciplinary experience in economic and health development, as well as fixed income investment and advisory. In her current role, she focuses on the pharmaceutical sector and private sector healthcare across Asia and the Pacific. Before joining ADB, Blaire worked on the Economic Development in Africa Report 2023 with UNCTAD in Geneva, where she specialized in pharmaceutical supply chain, human capital development, and supply chain finance. Prior to this, she served as a Research Analyst at a credit hedge fund and S&P Global Ratings, and as a Fixed Income Analyst at Credit Suisse AG in Hong Kong. Blaire holds an MSc in Development Studies from the London School of Economics, a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Hong Kong, and the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
