PKD Exercise Programme
Exercise programme for everyone living with PKD
Build strength, knowledge and confidence through a progressive exercise/renal rehab programme incorporating movement & education.
- Kings College Hospital, with funding from the PKD Charity and Kidney Research UK, has developed this programme for all people living with polycystic kidney disease.
- The sessions have been designed by clinical specialists who are highly experienced in supporting people with kidney disease to be physically active.
- Starting with 3 short introductory sessions on why it is important to be active with PKD, follow this programme as it then guides you through weekly movement and education sessions.
- All sessions are 'on-demand', so you can do them at your own pace.
- Free to use.
