Welcome to wikidot. That code doesn't look like the normal code you get from picasaweb albums and you can't just put html code on your wiki page without a bit of extra work. Some things can be embedded by enclosing the code in [[embed]]..[[/embed]] tags if the wikidot developers have done some coding in the background to make it work, but not in this case. Nevertheless you can put the picasa flash on your page by entering the following:

[!--
[
]
<html>
<body>
<embed pluginspage = "http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer" wmode="transparent" src="http://picasaweb.google.com/s/c/bin/slideshow.swf" flashvars="host=picasaweb.google.com&amp;RGB=0x000000&amp;feed=http%3A%2F%2Fpicasaweb.google.com%2Fdata%2Ffeed%2Fapi%2Fuser%2Fbebebergenwall%2Falbumid%2F5193858043243589169%3Fkind%3Dphoto%26alt%3Drss" type ="application/x-shockwave-flash" height ="350" width="420"></embed><br /><font size = "1"><a href="http://www.tools4noobs.com/picasa/">Made with Slideshow Embed Tool</a></font>
</body>
</html>
[
]
--]

The user won't be able to see that code as it is commented out. But you do need to reference the codeblock above so underneath it add the following:

[[iframe http://kibe.wikidot.com/photo-reel/code/1 frameborder="0" scrolling="no" width="512" height="400px"]]

The /code/1 is because the codeblock (the bit beginning [
] is the first one of your page. If you had others the number would increment to /code/2 etc.

You had made your site public and left the permissions open so I could add the code to the page for you (thank you, not many do that) and the result taken from your page is shown below:

If you have further questions on any subject you might get a quicker or wider response if you go to the main wikidot community forum at http://community.wikidot.com
