Hi, @NoData1975! I'd suggest reaching out to support. I haven't seen too many people mentioning this recently, but when the porting was relatively new this happened a bit. ... View more

Hi, @SomeOneNamedBen. That's really frustrating. When you tap on a specific day, does it download or just nothing? That's how mine sometimes works. ... View more

I don't have a solution, but mine has the same behavior. It keeps dropping down to 4%, same as yours, then dying until I plug it in. Very annoying! ... View more
Hi, @SunsetRunner! The only other suggestion I have is to have your friend check her phone and see if she can forget the device from her Bluetooth settings. ... View more

Hi, @c33jay77! It's a known issue that you can no longer edit activities. It was supposedly fixed in the last app update, but I've seen lots of people say they can still not edit activities. ... View more

Hi, @Truffle! Your bluetooth shouldn't need to be on to track your sleep. Do you have a fairly typical sleep schedule (like 6+ hours during the night)? If so, I would suggest trying to manually track the sleep for a few nights and see if that can't kick start the tracking. ... View more
Hi, @McLovinHawaii! Unfortunately, Fitbit doesn't have this feature. ... View more
Hi, @revalako1! Came here to say pretty much the same thing as @RiekoC. It will be a pretty similar experience between the 5 and 6. One thing to note is that the battery life might be slightly better on the 6, just because they're physically newer devices and batteries degrade over time. Of course, YMMV, I have a Luxe that still lasts me the better part of 5 days. ... View more
Hi, @D_bendy! Haven't made the switch myself, but when this glitch has happened in the past, I just delete the duplicate entries. ... View more
Hi, @phatbitzr! I'm in the same situation as you. I've heard from friends who have had the feature for a while (on the PW) that one day it will just appear on the graph. They say it's a little rough in the beginning, but then it starts working pretty well after the first month or so. I'm impatient, too! I don't know why they couldn't retroactively take the data before the feature turned on. ... View more
Hi, @phatbitzr! These should be visible to you in the app. It's been rolling out for over a month, so I'm assuming everyone has it by now. If you don't see the tiles, you might have them hidden. I'm not sure if this will be made available on the watch face. ... View more

Hi, @Emma691! I'm not totally clear from your description what's happening, but the tracker gets its time and date from your phone when it syncs, so if it's not syncing it won't have the correct time. ... View more

Hi, @MeetaC! If you're in the warranty window, you can contact Google Support. Otherwise, they sell the charging cable on their store or you can find third party cables out there. ... View more
Hi, @SteveCar! I'm guessing that would be a pretty complicated change, since it would have to track your location all the time, figure out where you typically live and what the altitude is, then correlate that to where you are and what the change is. I've seen people complain about it going the other way, too, when they're from somewhere like Colorado and visiting the coast. I'd say it's more of a point of interest and move on, although you're welcome to add the suggestion to the Product Feedback forum. ... View more

Hi, @C00p53R! I'm currently wearing a Luxe and I haven't had a problem with the sleep stages, so this is definitely not a Fitbit-wide issue. Are you having a sleep duration longer than 4 hours recorded and maintaining your heart rate readings for the whole time? ... View more

Hi, @Paultee! Not sure what your issue is, but I use my Aria daily and haven't noticed an issue with it, so it's not an obsolescence of the whole product line, if that makes you feel any better. Have you tried moving the scale closed to the router for the initial connection? That's what I had to do with mine. ... View more

Hi, @aahana! If you're in the US, your child can't have any of the non-children Fitbits - i.e., it needs to be the Ace, if you sign up for the account by telling Google/Fitbit your child's age. Under 13 has different restrictions. If you're in another country, the same rules apply but with the relevant age there. This may factor into your decision. ... View more

Hi, @vegget! This is unlikely to be related to the readiness score changes. That didn't update any firmware on your device, that was an app-based change. I would definitely suggest you get in touch with support and see if there's anything to do, but what they can do is limited, especially if you're outside of your warranty period. ... View more
