I was forced to move my Fitbit account to Google. Now, all data has been reset to zero. Is there any way I can move the data from the pre-migrated account to the Google one?
Moderator edit: updated subject for clarity
Hi, @NoData1975! I'd suggest reaching out to support. I haven't seen too many people mentioning this recently, but when the porting was relatively new this happened a bit.

Hi @MakMak & welcome @NoData1975 to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!
Let me help you with the data of your Fitbit account.
Excellent suggestion @MakMak.
During the migration process, you have the opportunity to review and make changes to your Fitbit data and setup. After that, you can then manage your Fitbit data from your Google Account settings and the Fitbit app. This means that you'll keep all historical data that you choose to move to your Google Account.
If your data has been reset to zero without your permission, i suspect that you created a new Fitbit account to migrate to your existent gmail. This being said, i would reinforce the suggestion from @MakMak, to contact our tech support team. They count with more sophisticated tools that can overview the process and help you accordingly.
