Ice Power is a badge in the Paper Mario series.

Paper Mario[edit ]

In Paper Mario , the Ice Power Badge is found in Shy Guy's Toy Box, in the area to the right of the pink station. Equipping the Badge increases the strength of Mario's attacks against fire enemies by two, and allows him to safely jump on fire enemies.

Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door[edit ]

In Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door and its remake, it is found in Keelhaul Key, underneath the bridge. In these games, the badge combines the functions of its previous iteration with those of the Fire Shield badge, raising his defense against all fire attacks by one, though it now only increases his attack power to fiery enemies by one instead of two. Unmentioned in the description of both versions, it also grants Mario immunity to the Burn status ailment.[1] It can be sold for 75 coins.

Only one copy of the badge can be acquired normally, but its effects will stack if Mario happens to own and equip more. Each additional copy equipped further increases his attack power against fiery enemies by one and his defense against fire attacks by one.
