JESCO has been established in 2004, and runs five facilities to treat high-concentrated PCB wastes throughout Japan. As of March 2022, over 99.9% of the tranformers, over 98.6% of the capacitors, and over 78.5%
of the flourescent ballast and other PCB contaminants to be consigned to JESCO have been treated.
