The Marble Colossus Walkthrough
"The Marble Colossus" is an area Q uest located in the Statue's Shadow area of the Mythopia biome in Disney Dreamlight Valley's Storybook Vale. You find that the bridge leading to the giant statue of Hades is damaged, and you must find a way to access this bridge so that you can complete the Mythic Trial in this area.
Before starting this Quest, you must first:
- Spend 5000 Story Magicto unlock the Statue's Shadow area. You can earn Story Magic by performing Duties in the Storybook Vale.
- Unlock Hadesas a Villager by completing the Elysian Fields Mythic Trial, "Guts and Glory ."
Once you have done this, head into the Statue's Shadow and try to approach the statue itself. You will be stopped by a broken bridge - as Hades is the one who commissioned the statue in the first place, perhaps he knows the answer?
Craft The Pain And Panic Vases
Talk to Hades, who remembers that he used two vases to make the bridge work, but he got rid of the vases in order to add even more marble to the statue. To re-open the bridge, you will need to re-make the Pain and Panic Vases using the following ingredients:
- Marble x 10 - mined from Rock Spots in Mythopia.
- Squid x 4 - fished from blue ripples in the Glade of Trust, Forgotten Lands, and any area of Mythopia.
- Gold Ingot x 4 - 1 Gold Ingot is crafted from 5 Gold Nuggets, and 1 Coal Ore. Coal Ore can be mined from any Rock Spot, while Gold Nuggets are found in the Frosted Heights, Sunlit Plateau, Vitalys Mines, Forgotten Lands, and any area of Mythopia. Gold Ingots may also be sold at Kristoff's Stall or dropped by Ravens when feeding them Liked foods.
Once you have gathered the ingredients, craft the Vases at any Crafting Station in the Valley or Vale (such as the one next to your House in the Bind.)
Repair The Bridge
Bring the Vases to the bridge and place one on each pedestal on either side of the broken bridge. Once you have completed this, interact with the panel next to the bridge to open it once again. Finally, spin the wheel using your Royal Net to complete the quest and unlock access to the Mythic Trial!
