Hi,
I bought one licence today. Money has been deducted but I did not receive any licence data? What is happening?

I found your ticket. The email you entered that ticket under does have an active license. You can unlock CrossOver with that email and your password. If you don't remember your password, please wait for a support response.

I cannot login. Passwort under that e-mail address does not work. Try to reset the PW, no e-mail. I cannot get into that account. I cannot reset my password. Please help.

As I said above, please wait for a response to your ticket. They can help reset your password, which I can't do in the forums for obvious reasons.
