It's an old cracked copy of installed files from my old PC and not from Steam. And it runs totally fine while using Parallels Desktop, but while try running it on CrossOver ( create an Win7 x64 bottle and run the exe with command), it failed with this error.
Saying winmain.cpp 343 WinMain SendMessage() error.
Update:
I just tested the one installed from Steam and got exact same error. But the error happened on a different line 631.
P.S. I spotted on Reddit's LinuxCrackSupport and there's a guy also trying to launch a Leaf's game(Utawaresrumono) with Proton(Also Wine in some form). And got same error. And there's a response saying older version of Proton can run this WHITE ALBUM-Memories Like Falling Snow, with saying that all newer versions can't run this game well.
P.S.
Then this comes to another potential topic: Anyway to select an older version of Wine in CrossOver?

There is no support for cracked games via Crossover. Your on your own if you are using those. If there is a legitimate one via Steam and you are encountering an issue it would be best to raise an official support ticket.
Please Note: This Forum is for non-application specific questions relating to installation/configuration of CrossOver. All application-specific posts to this Forum will be moved to their appropriate Compatibility Center Forum.
