Basic Information
- Compilation section:
- Market Infrastructure Division, Financial Markets Department
- Respondents:
- Eligible institutions for the Bank of Japan's outright purchases and sales of JGBs and major insurance companies, asset management companies, etc.
- Frequency of compilation:
- Quarterly (survey will be conducted in February, May, August and November.)
- Survey items:
- Functioning of the bond market, outlook of long-term interest rates
- Timing of release:
- The results will be released, in principle, on the first business day in the following month of the survey
- Method of release:
- The Bank of Japan's web site
