Business Integration oversees business intelligence, digital services and user experience across APA, and drives innovation in products and services to serve APA's mission.

Finance and Administration oversees all accounting and financial reporting, budgeting, business systems, real estate and facilities management for APA. The functional areas include: administrative services; financial services; real estate management; and the American Psychological Foundation.

Information Technology Services (ITS) manages APA’s technology infrastructure and facilitates publishing processes. ITS is committed to efficiently accomplishing APA's operational objectives.

The APA Membership Office, created in the fall of 2015, is focused on making membership in APA even more valuable and enjoyable. APA Publications and Databases reflect the field of psychology by publishing current psychological knowledge in both print and electronic formats. These products — written for researchers, therapists, students, academics, related professionals, and the general public — include scholarly journals and books, trade and reference books, children's books, research databases, and psychotherapy training videos.
