Greetings, Normally I am not active on Wikimedia/Wikicommons. But I have noticed a behaviour by one User, which shouldnt be tolerated at all. As such, I want to request a lock/block of this User. The User has been block indef. on Wikipedia for disruptive editing and being a Sock (has multiple accounts) See 1. His latest edits on Wikimedia/Wikicommons seem to be of the same nature, aswell, making it look like, he is showing his hate towards me thru the edits here. 2. I have added the request to the content page, explaining what you said and what I saw of contributions between both accounts. Coincidentally, I have just submitted a user check request on zh wiki regarding these two users (https://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:%E5%85%83%E7%B6%AD%E5%9F%BA%E7%94%A8%E6%88%B6%E6%9F%A5%E6%A0%B8%E8%AB%8B%E6%B1%82#%E5%A4%A7%E6%92%9A). The missing link between these two users is a page they were both keen to maintain (https://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E9%AD%8F%E9%B5%AC%E5%B1%95). In my request I have a rigorous proof of CCF = 大撚 (which in turn = NPCJeffrey, both wiki user AND the person in real life). I have also pointed out in my request that, some users and even admin in zh wiki have chosen to turn a blind eye to the overwhelming evidences. Logic they uphold includes "CCF claimed that she is a she, so CCF can't be NPCJeffrey, a he.". This is a threat, as CCF by then could always return with new accounts and bypass the global lock by just SAYING "I keep a dog, CCF doesn't. so I ain't CCF". Hi. I have been abused by several users on here. Some admins. And then I was the one banned for abuse. Was this some massive mistake? Did someone see what was going on and ban the wrong person? I appealed the ban several times and was told that the admins make the rules. And the rules are, even if you MIGHT be abusive in the future, you are banned! But all users might potentially be abusive. So if that is wiki rules, why are not all users banned? This does not seem right? How can wikipedia ban all users? Why allow users to begin with? Global block/unblock for Some IP address

Greetings. I am Ukrainian and I hardly understand what is happening and what to do or whome to ask for removing block. I've been blocked by user Vituzzu. The text is (in Ukrainian): "Your IP is blocked aqlready in all wikies. The start of blocking is 05/11/21 and the end is 11/11/21". I do not understand what is the "Open proxy" (suppose, it is the reason of block) and how to kill it as I am just a user and the author of above 50 wiki-articles, not a hucker etc. Also I do not understand what evidences I have to provide and what I have to explain. My net-provider uses dinamic addresses and I hardly can do with it.

Anyway, what should I do for removing the block?!

I don't think to merit to be categorized or threated as a vandal. The account has been substantially blocked. The IP blocking policy is just too restrictive by itself, to my modest opinion. I've constructively contributed to the free encyclopedia for more times and for many years, never using more than account. The full story is just reported witihin the profile of the English Wikipedia (with a reply that is worthy of his author, but I was blocked and prevented to reply his inane infantility). He is a user reviewer, a sysop on the Indonesian Wikipedia who deletes pages carelessly, when I report him, he deletes my request.
