I already knew that, @Barras. I was just asking if we could get the rights restored if I personally talked with him. But based on your comment, it's clear to me now that we can't get those permissions back without a proper community vote.

I am an autopatrolled user on the Vietnamese Wikipedia, and I would like to request the autopatrolled right on Meta-Wiki. In cases involving vandalism or spambots that require urgent action when no local administrator is available on the Vietnamese Wikipedia, I would like to use Twinkle Global to report them to m:GSR. Comment Non-steward comment: The autopatrolled permission can be requested at Meta:RFH, but otherwise, administrators can grant this to users at their discretion (without the user asking), whether it would be anti-vandalism, or good edits that do not require patrolling. @User:Codename Noreste I followed the advice to submit my request there, but I was told that "the request before that led up to this request on SRP doesn't inspire all that much confidence." I'm a bit confused. One person advised me to submit the request there, while another indicated that it did not inspire sufficient confidence.
