Reason(s): Taratarussia was previously blocked on Russian Wikipedia for sockpuppetry, but later stated that he would edit constructively on Russian Wikiquote.

After a period of disputed activity and unsuccessful attempts to obtain additional user rights, Taratarussia stated that he was leaving for another project. Recently, ~2026-25573-79 repeatedly added a link to an article on that project. That article was written by Taratarussia under another nickname, "Товарищ Аарон", which he has also used on Russian Wikiquote. After one of those additions to his user talk page was reverted, Taratarussia restored the link and stated that he saw nothing improper in including it.

Taratarussia had also previously disclosed an approximate location that appeared consistent with the geolocation of these IP edits. I cannot currently verify the location of ~2025-37722-00, but at the time it seemed to correspond to the same area. Taratarussia has previously acknowledged that edits from ~2025-37722-00 were made by him as a test of social behavior. If it is possible to determine whether ~2025-37722-00 and ~2026-25573-79 are technically related, that alone would help clarify whether the recent edits are connected to the same individual.

Reason(s): Since mid-March the accounts have taken turns at edit warring on hr:Vinkovci to introduce a minor politician/scholar as a notable native, popping up together after each protection (extension) runs out. Reason(s): Hi, I would like to request a CU check to see if this user is yet another one in a series of user Ksaver Buka's sockpuppets that we on Croatian Wikipedia had to deal with around a year ago after blocking them indefinitely for disruptive editing. Both of these users have a tendency to "rectify" supposedly (in their mind) Serbian word forms by changing them into Croatian ones, they start topics on talk pages using the same introductory formula ("Poštovani,", followed by some word with the first letter capitalized) and, last but not least, they show an interest in the same topic (WWII in Croatia) and push their POV claiming they are trying to make articles "more objective" and less reliant on what they deem to be obsolete Yugoslav terminology and historiography.

Reason(s): The second to the sixth blocked accounts belong to the LTA 郁凡儿. The first account, Gugugagahajimi123, is suspected as the sockpuppet of this LTA.

Both of them have massively added links (e.g. 1, 2, 3). However, Gugugagahajimi123 raised the unblock request, and they do not always use the "Add a link" feature, which differs from previous sockpuppets. Reason(s): The duck test confirms that Squalwer is the same as the LTA here. Looking at their edits, one can see they never had Twinkle enabled, but that did not prevent them from embellishing some of their edit summaries with "(TW)", which is something I know that that LTA did in the past. This trolling comment clearly belongs to the LTA. In the end, they reported ~2026-30075-88, which is clearly yet another sockpuppet of the LTA, but their report was actually a form of trolling, since although the text of the report mentions ~2026-30075-88 as the user being reported for vandalism, the links lead to Alexa227711 – see here. Alexa227711 was created on 30 October 2023, but their first edit was made on 22 September 2025 (a vandalism), followed by a series of vandalisms on 23 April 2026 and 12 May 2026, respectively. I strongly suspect Squalwer is the same person as Alexa227711; it is typical for this LTA to create sleepers they use years after having created them. --Paloi Sciurala (talk|contribs) 21:55, 20 May 2026 (UTC)

Reason(s): All of the listed users seem to have common interests and edit patterns appear to be very similar. Their edits seem to begin in good faith at first, but this doesn't last long. Vandalizing pages is one of the common traits. And while some vandalisms are obvious, other are not so much. Then they engage in discussions where they have rather conflict-inducing behavior and often start throwing ad hominem attacks at others. Also the accounts of Mekoto (w:bg:Уикипедия:Разследвания на марионетки/Mekoto) and Fadams (w:bg:Уикипедия:Разследвания на марионетки/Fadams/Архив/2011; w:bg:Уикипедия:Разследвания на марионетки/Fadams/Архив/2012) are known sockpuppeteers and LTAs. Reason(s): I am without a doubt positive that these two accounts belong to the same user based on their disruptive editing and behaviour in general (I've described some of their traits in this request and provided additional evidence to some stewards privately) but I'd greatly appreciate official confirmation nonetheless. A user whose communication style is not unlike the one of the users described above left an unsolicited message on my talk page on Meta yesterday, but I haven't included them in the request as they haven't created an account on Croatian Wikipedia (yet).
