Ελλ, who is currently banned from the Greek Wikipedia, had multiple chances and opportunities to comply to the rules and despite the many warnings from administrators, he kept vandalising and also abusing other users by verbally assaulting or in some cases threatening them. Another well-used tactic that can be seen in his above-mentioned response, is the rhetoric of reverse accusation. A person (in this case me) who has expressed a very specific concern about him being a sock puppet, is unfairly targeted with random accusations (e.g me being a sock puppet). I consider this to be an attempt to turn the spotlight on unimportant issues. This is another example of breaching the rules, as from what I understand this section is not a vote or debate, but only a platform to report misbehaviour within the whole community. Furthermore, his constant attempts to accuse other users of anti-democratic or anti-christian tactics is simply flawed. What he really does is remove validated content from pages that he considers to be either anti-christian or against his own beliefs (that is another breach of POV). If you have any doubts about this, a look at his bans will immediately convince you. To address the ridiculous accusations about me being a sock puppet, he previously expressed a number of concerns regarding my intentions. Of course, I have directed him to this page in case he wanted to investigate this - he didn't and laughed off my suggestions. Hence, his response above is not only a clear breach of rules, but also an unnecessary distraction from the true issue regarding his activity. If an administrator could perform the checkuser, it would be greatly appreciated. In case you need me to provide any other information, please don't hesitate to contact me. I am pretty sure that everyone can fully realise the extent to which this person's telling the truth. Ελλ's obvious trolling behaviour and unintelligible use of English prove most of my points and hence, I don't have much to add. Furthermore, even here they clearly attempt to sabotage my request by turning it into a conversation-debate, though it isn't. His far-right clique within the Greek Wikipedia is doing the same, while the use of the Greek word "Christian-Taliban" is a famous pop culture reference that "somehow" offended the same group that vandalises on a daily basis. To summarise my points, I asked politely from the stewards to perform a quick check in order to determine whether this person is a sockpuppet or not. It is true, as stated by user:Glucken123, that the contributions of user:Ελλ show great similarity to those of user:ΕρΚιλλ, a user who has been blocked indefinitely in the Greek-language WP for both abusive use of multiple accounts, and for personal attacks and legal threats to other users [2]. User ΕρΚιλλ is most likely -as I have shown [3], [4]- a sock of user Τακλαμακαν, an idle account since last January who besides its socks is using an army of IPs: 2A02:587:3A07:3600:6C42:60F7:D617:793C, 85.75.23.66, 2A02:587:3810:8E00:E878:1532:A355:E967, 2A02:587:3A07:3600:DC7C:4C71:F3A4:973A, 2A02:587:3A07:3600:4CA1:5863:FD92:BD50, 2A02:587:3A07:3600:8007:6026:1637:D05F, 94.66.59.47, 94.64.209.33. User Ελλ almost from the begening of its appearence in the Greek-language WP got itself involved in a hot topic, in a deletion discussion, by attacking other users in a very similar way to that of user ΕρΚιλλ in the same debate [5]. User Ελλ continued this way, by attacking others and by using legal threats as well, like user ΕρΚιλλ was doing paving its way, especially after the latter had been blocked permanently. I have filed several of Ελλ's personal attack cases in the Greek-language WP Admin.
