Request checkuser for ko.wiki

I suspect that below accounts' owner is same user. Because the 1~4th accounts' name contain an abuse about some users, and all of accounts vandalize some users' page(especially Integral's user page) on a same period. Thus, I'd like to check below accounts and more accounts that are confirmed.

  • BlackCarbon, 한국어 위키백과의 민주화를 위하여!, Backshoogyt, Shut up, Integral and Kys951, 닥쳐라, 인테그럴 씹새끼야., 155.230.16.16는 쓰레기 사용자, ...ds, 백꼬리, S.BULLET. of Kaesong, Yourope, Special, Cailo, 리듬봇, 닥쳐라 총대야, RedMosQ, Shut up!, and 씨발새끼 are all the same user. i suspect these two accounts are sockpuppets to each other, they are blaming one user without fairness and misunderstanding what is going on. actually i am the usewr got blamed by these users.

they are blaming me in w:ko:위키백과토론:명예의 전당/등록취소:윤성현 and they are attacking because they think i blamed somebody actually i did not. also, when ohmyhead finished to write his opinion, and 힘 which was not in wikipedia for 6 days wrote his opinion in 2 minutes. Hello, I am a new user of wikimedia. But I know wiki very well because I heard on long time about wiki from friends of mine. I think they are same person. And, 'Av3037' open issue to block Underthesky. why, Underthesky did not hear from him. 'Av3037' gurding or defending '윤성현' and they are talked. It seems they are not one person. evidence of log in time.

Felixtse12, Cbenny123@zh.wikipedia

Felixtse12 is an account established long before his first edit recently, he is blocked due to several vandals to zh.wikipedia, including rv the copyvio template on his established articles and allegedly adding copyvio templates to some articles which are not copyvio.

Cbenny123 is an account established after the block of Felixtse12. He described himself as a schoolmate of Felixtse12, and helped the blocked Felixtse12 to make appeals. But I suspect Cbenny123 is Felixtse12's sockpuppet, hoping to get around the blockage. In view of this, I request a checkuser to see if these two accounts are related. The first two users are editing the same article (w:zh:港鐵Rotem電動列車) of same style, making unnecessary style changes. And 更正專家 moves articles which violates the naming criteria, causing disruption to zh.wikipedia. The last two users are apparently related, as they edited each others' user page (indeed they use it as sandbox).

Chia-heng, Chia-henglu and Danlo @ zh.wikipedia

The three accounts stated above are under block status, and Chia-henglu are now indef blocked. All three accounts share the same editing behavior (establishing articles without filtering the information and continuously removing the editing templates posted by other users), which disturbed the operation of zh.wikipedia. Also, if these accounts are related, then this user may go around the block by using other accounts, which is not allowed.

To ensure my analysis of the edit records is correct, I would like to request a check about the relationship between these three accounts. Thank you.--Altt311 13:12, 11 June 2009 (UTC)

Vandal at ru.wikimedia.org

Dear colleagues!

I'm unsure that it's a correct place for my request, but I don't know a better one.

The recently created ru.wikimedia.org site is under attack of vandal.

There are numerous articles created, all of them are containing the same information.

I don't really need checkuser information - the vandal uses an open proxy at address 67.159.41.85.

But we need to do something to stop this. As I mentioned above, the site is just opened, with there are no admins/oversights there.

The vandal discloses personal information, and all the "articles" created by him should be oversighted.

Any advice is appreciated. Thank you!

Vandal using open proxies at vi.wp

Unypoly@ko.wikipedia

ko:user:Unypoly in ko.wikipedia, Unypoly is still disrupting with his many sockpuppets and he uses sockpuppet to unblock his main account, Unypoly. also, he uses his sockpuppet that he is not related with Unypoly, but it is nonsense. And some accounts that does similar things as Unypoly like ko:user:ohmyhead, ko:user:underthesky are vandaling and trolling like attacking other users.

i think i am pretty sure they have related. i dont here for request to block somebody, but i and many users in ko.wikipedia want to make sure how Unypoly made many sockpuppets. so find them please. -- Shyoon1 23:41, 9 June 2009 (UTC)

Ok, please stop this, we decide which requests are declined, and a declined request is no big deal, we just check if it falls into the policy, which is our job. Still I do not see what bad things these users did that would require a check, so either bring forth some proof (difflinks to vandalism) or this request is closed. Is a legitimate user on several wiki versions including wiki-en but a cross wiki vandal recently opened up fake impersonating accounts and created the user page with a horrible text. Speedy deletes are placed already by a colleague and I renamed the account on wiki-nl but I think it would be wise to have a cu check and global block for the underlying IP-addresses if possible. Fake accounts appeared on wiki-de wikinews-en wiktionary-en wiki-es, wiki-fi, wiki-nl, wiktionary-fr wikipedia-ja and wikipedia-pt the vandal has created them sofar tonight. Hello, please can You explain what exactly the users did besides saying they were friends, a request of these was just denied shortly before, I don't think this one falls into the policy either.   • [7] - 고추장, 힘 and Cs claimed to be friends.
  • [8] - 힘 did no edits for some days. Suddenly, he appeared and left an opinion on 'Hall of Fame'. [9]. Before that, most of 힘's edits were talking with Cs and 고추장. Cs suddenly appeared after some minutes and left an insincere message. [10] 고추장(also had no edits for days) did the same thing.
  • [11] Underthesky opened the vote for the confidence to the 'featured articles committee' member user:shyoon1. He left numerous opinions against those who support shyoon1. In Jun 8, [12] Underthesky added an opinion and just after that, [13] 'Beauty' appeared and said 'I support the opinion of Underthesky'. It was just his 6th edit on ko.wikipedia.(Other 5 edits include one 'very minor edit' and 4 'opinions'. Ordinary edits were none.
  • Vote for 'Featured Articles Committee' - [14] 고추장 unexpectedly showed up and left a message against user:Shyoon1. Almost the same time, [15] 힘 left almost the same opinion. The time when 고추장 and 힘 left their opinion was Jun 8 21:00.(Note that Beauty's edit was at 18:53 and underthesky's edit was at 18:47
  • If 고추장, 힘, Cs, Underthesky and Beauty are just one same person, their opinions will be a 'disruption' on ko.wikipedia. adidas 15:56, 17 June 2009 (UTC)

I agree to declining this request. Voting against someone does not mean that they are the same person. Sorry but I don't see a reason for a checkuser here. CU is something that intrudes the privacy of users and should therefore only be done if there is no other way. In your case, if they attack other users by insults or harrassment, just block them. If you think they are the same person, make it plausible. You can also block users who are only discussing or voting since that is not the goal of the project. If you have problems on ko.wiki with users who vote after only 5 edits or such, make a voting eligibility rule, like that only users with more than 200 edits in the article namespace may vote or something like that. --თოგო (D) 20:34, 18 June 2009 (UTC)
