"Mono opened in 2002, furnishing Glasgow with a unique and versatile space in which to eat, drink and discover new music. Over our first decade, we developed a reputation for good beer, good vegan food, good gigs and good times. We are proud of our achievements but we aim to make our second decade even better. About the meetup
[edit ]This is intended to include any interested Wikimedians who find themselves in Glasgow or can make their way to Glasgow on the day. Anyone who has attended previous meetups in Glasgow or Edinburgh encouraged to return to meet new faces! This is a social gathering for Wikimedia enthusiasts. Where we...
- Chat about Wikipedia, Wikimedia and any other topics we fancy. How to grow the community in Scotland, anyone? What kind of events would we like to see in the future?
- Eat snacks/meals and drink some tea/coffee/beers.
It's mainly a casual social event. You can expect to meet some very keen Wikipedians, however this is also an open invitation to anyone interested in finding out more about Wikipedia, other Wikimedia projects, projects re-using Wikipedia, and other collaborative wiki projects.
