We have five established users who say that Ark25 has a conduct unfit for his status, as mentioned in our policy ro:Wikipedia:Revocare#Destituire. Their arguments are mainly that his activity in the last year consists only of adding external links to newspaper stories, in the articles or the discussion pages related to those stories.
