Long-term abuse. User has been globally locked before, but unlocked with one-account restriction. But it is obvious that he did not follow it. This page is mostly meant for locks in clear cut cases, and this feels like a more complicated/controversial case. It seems like I read the SPI page a little improperly. At this point I'm not sure whether this evidence is actually strong enough to relock, given that the recent reports in the SPI seem to have been dismissed. Like mentioned I would probably put this up for discussion again on SN and/or open up a case at SRCU if any data still exists, but this doesn't seem like a case for SRG, a page for clear cut locks. I was about to say the same thing. The SPI was reviewed by Tamzin and Rae (Rae being a steward, and Tamzin skilled at dealing with socks and getting stews involved as needed) and no relock occurred. So anything we'd be looking at there would be rehashing which we don't do. But again I'll point more squarely at SRCU as last I checked, things were not stale yet and would be a better course than any, just requires some evidence gathering on the filer's part. -- Amanda (she/her) 14:07, 5 April 2024 (UTC) Reply
