@Jeff G.: To clarify what I did, I moved the IPs out of the Richybeno (formerly Alpsintegral) global lock request because I believe that the IPs delayed the process of eventual global lock (or decline), which happened to عہۗلہٰےاہۣۗلعہرہۣۗاقہۗے and sock(s). When I saw that user I mentioned before wasn't globally locked, I decided to move the IPs out from the global lock request and copied the content of the request with a global block request, and this is what I did on these edits. I did the identical strategy shortly after عہۗلہٰےاہۣۗلعہرہۣۗاقہۗے was globally locked to the Alpsintegral/Richybeno request with these edits, with the intent to help the process and hopefully globally locking them (note that I disagree with the global lock). I don't intend to disrupt what you're doing at all, but to help and speed up the process. If you believe that is wrong thing to do, I'm sorry for what I did. This IP was locked per my request here Steward_requests/Global/2021-03#Global_block_for_82.3.185.12. They had since appealed their meta block and I had unblocked the IP. They also claim to need to edit enwikivoyage using this IP. Hence, I see no need to block the IP globally, thus requesting unblock for them. As the subject is an obviously good faith user, this request must be declined. That's not so obvious to me, as they appear to have been practicing UPE and the above since 25 January, using 4 account names and 2 IP Addresses. They keep uploading and adding unfree photos of Rachel Parris to her article (which appeared first elsewhere on the Internet), and have thus far refused to provide a recent free photo of her (or OTRS permission for a previously mentioned photo). -- Jeff G. ツ (please ping or talk to me) 09:15, 9 February 2021 (UTC) Reply

Global lock for LTA UnderArmourKid socks

Lock all:

Socks of the LTA Lightning Sabre (the "UnderArmourKid" LTA), a copycat of IPhonehurricane95's tropical cyclone and 9/11 imagery vandalism; the LTA also engages in cross-wiki socking and harassment. He returned as soon as his previous Global Rangeblocks expired. Please run sleeper checks and Globally Block the IP ranges again for longer periods of time, with the "anon-only" setting (short blocks don't seem to deter him at all). So far I see all accounts were created at the English Wikipedia with no edits at other wiki's. At the moment this looks like the problem is at the English Wikipedia.
