RedHen evaluation - Organizational Role list

I am evaluating Red Hen and looking at numerous aspects of it. One question I have is with relation to the Organizational Role field (as a Select List) under the Organizational Affiliation. The current roles (In the RedHen CRM Pet Shelter demo -- http://localhost:8888/?q=admin/structure/relation/manage/redhen_affiliat...) as set to Admin and Member. However, the big error message says that there is data in the database and the field can't be edited.

New to Drupal, trouble with organization

Hello all. I'm pretty new to the Drupal community and am having a bit of trouble understanding the different content types and elements that drupal uses to organize information. I was wondering if anyone knows of any articles or whatnot that lay it out pretty clearly (the more visual the better for me).

Group organization, streamlining, jQuery 1.8/1.9, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery Eye Candy, etc.

Hi,

actually I don't know the differences between AJAX, JavaScript and jQuery. But before answering here, maybe a wiki page is missing and could be mentioned in the group description?

In many groups such info lacks in the description. Yes I'm familiar with groups, but from Yahoo and the Dutch http://Clubs.nl (they WERE the first & the best, Yahoo bought the software and made a cut down version for its groups). So I'm not that happy with the features and design of Drupal groups, but that's another issue...

CIMBA is a university based in Asolo, Italy that grants MBA's to students from all over the world. Due to the distance between the different student groups, planning, coordinating, and building the alumni network has proved challenging. Our alumni association membership is in the thousands, however the membership groups are spread out between the multitude of social media networks out there, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and (hold your breath) Twitter.
