Hi everybody,

I'm recent engineering graduate from UNR. I just moved back to Reno after being gone for the summer, and am starting a new business here. It is a website the University of Nevada, Reno has taken interest in, and I'm now modifying it to work for them. I'm a one man team right now though, and am looking for someone who is more of an expert with drupal than I am.

Hi Reno/Tahoe,

I'd like to schedule a meet-up in Reno, but don't have a venue. I'm open to ideas, we're usually a small group so a coffee shop or restaurant with WIFI and easy power would work.

Hey Reno-Tahoe Drupalers,

Bringing back regular meetups after a couple month hiatus. Shooting for Wednesday 6:30 to 8-ish at Pizza on the hill, in Tahoe Donner, Truckee.

Looking forward, I'd like to go for a regular schedule of the third Wednesday (or Thursday) of each month alternating between Truckee and Reno. Anybody know of a good Reno location?

The Reno/Tahoe User group meets in Reno this month at the Reno Collective. Join us for an evening discussing Drupal and beyond.

Officially making the call... There is enough consensus on the weather to push the meet-up to Dec 18th. See you all then!

Trying to get back to a regular every 2nd Thursday meet-up alternating between Reno and Tahoe/Truckee.

Tahoe Donner's Pizza on the Hill has WIFI and a nice lounge area, but I'm open to suggestions.

I was reminded that per our discussion this spring, we are to meet the second Thursday of each month. I am not aware of anything going of for this month. We have had good response in the past. Funny, I am reading this email at the Reno Collective downtown.

Playaskool is at 10 & J. (It might show up at "Recess Reunion" on some maps.) This is the venue where TEDx is on Friday.

This is going to be a meet-and-greet and many of us will be meeting (some the first time) to talk about Drupal and how you're using it to change the world. We'll catch up with each other from last year's event, chat about the upcoming Burning Man installation profile and have some cold drinks.

Yes! This is our second event of the new-ish Burning Man group here on Drupal Groups. If you're using Drupal for your regional events or theme camps, or are considering it and are looking for help and inspiration, this is the group for you. I was working on an LMS project (in Moodle) and wondered what types of modules or distributions I could find in Drupal that would suit the project. In my searching I ran into an excellent module and thought I would share and solicit feedback.

It is billed as a Rich HTML5 Content Creator. The interface is simple and belies the complexity of the output. Best of all the tool is open source and for those that would rather avoid the GUI interface there are code samples hosted on GitHub that you can download and tweak.

Join Drupal users from Reno, Tahoe, Truckee and beyond for a get-together and discussion (topic TBD). The group meets monthly, on the second Thursday of the month.

April's meetup at Reno Collective was excellent. It was great to meet some Drupal users in our area.

I believe there's a tentative plan to meet April 10, which needs to be fleshed out, but I'm writing here about the May meeting.

The Lift, a co-working space in Truckee, has offered to host our May 8 meetup. I would need to confirm with them to reserve the space, so I'm wondering who would be interested in attending. 6-8 p.m.? 7-9 p.m.?

We would need to sort out a topic and/or speaker, as well.
