I think it is meant to compare Location CCK to the standard method of adding Location to a node type via Node Location.
The poll should probably use the term node location instead of core location. An option for user location could be added too, since some people will use the CCK method & others will use the user location method.

Core doesn't have any location capabilities. Your poll doesn't make sense.
