Installed Acquia Marina theme on Core 7

Events happening in the community are now at Drupal community events on www.drupal.org.

I just installed this theme
and i am getting this php error and not a proper view of the themes which i admired.

This is what i got
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/students/public_html/drupal/includes/module.inc on line 1000

I replaced the theme. acquia marina was not working properly in IE
