Drupal camps have been very valuable sources for learning many things from Gigs and also update with new stuff. Its really useful to watch videos/slides after the camp is done but everyone having different names based on their group, year which really confuse a lot, I mean they can any name they want but the site name for all the Drupal camps I feel should be consistent so I don't need to track or search for it.

My suggestion is:

year.drupalcamp.groupname

For ex:

2011.drupalcamp.nyc

The Design Initiative has three main goals - build a new core theme, build a new collaboration site for designers, and community outreach. The new core theme initiative is well under way and we're tantalizingly close to design.drupal.org becoming a reality. What we need to do now is step up a gear and start thinking about outreach.

I am working on a wordpress conversion of the Site5 Boldy theme. http://wordpress.site5.net/boldy/

I am probably going to contribute it once it is finished. What features would people expect to be ported from a premium theme such as this.

I have prepaid Deepak Kundu for work and have yet to receive any of my material. I have filed a claim with Paypal and he tricked me into closing it because he said he will not continue to work on the project. So again I was tricked by closing the case. Now he won't respond to my email or refund my money, nor has he done any work. BE Aware of Deepak Kundu.

I was wondering is there a module or a feature in views where that user can edit a content in a view instead of going to find that content that is being used in view.

I love Drupal, but some of its themes need work, but then again that has not been its focus. Its focus has been great code, which I love! There are wordpress sites I was thinking about converting, but wanted to know if someone else has already done them. I slice designs into Drupal themes. I'm exploring the use of HTML 5 markup in Drupal themes.

If I'm not mistaken, all blocks (and boxes) are to be tagged as sections and all nodes are to be tagged as articles for semantically accurate markup. Titles, content, meta and links can be sections within an article.

I've pasted generic block and node tpl.php files along with an HTML 5 version of the same:

I would like to ask if anyone is interested in contributing to discussions about a new free Drupal theme. It is similar to some projects for getting new themes in core but instead of a community-designed theme directly for core (like Bartik) I think it would be better to just have it in contrib.

I'm looking for a tutorial or screencast or something to give me some tricks for converting a Joomla template to a Drupal theme. Please help me out if you know a good tutorial..

I have fading images are not showing on the front page when I log out is that permissions, a block created w/ Views Rotator, is this permissions?,
everything is working fine when I am logged in but once logged out the cycle of fading images appear?

I looked through permissions but nothing seemed relevant, I wondered if it was one of the settings in Views?

This is my first time converting theme..This is Joomla to Drupal.

And now Im stuck..

I have no idea how to theming the Block title.

The block title looks plain. I want the Block title to be in the "BlockTitleHere".

Using <?php print $block->subject ?> also not works

can someone help me to convert this theme for drupal?

I think it is useful for a lot of drupal users that are searching a good theme.
