Moving Procedures

Once you have decided to move, check what procedures you need to follow.

​You can easily complete moving procedures online 24 hours a day. If you would like to complete the following procedures, please check the "Information to prepare in advance" and then apply online.

You can apply for either "electricity only" or "electricity + gas".

• Those who are entering into a new contract with Kyushu Electric Power
  
• Those who wish to cancel their current contract with Kyushu Electric Power and continue their contract at their new address
  
• Those who are cancelling their contract with Kyushu Electric Power (moving outside Kyushu)

• Desired Rate Plan
• Desired date for cutting off electricity and gas
• Desired date to start using electricity and gas

• Contract holder's name
• Current (old) Customer number
• Address where electricity and gas will be stopped
• Address where electricity and gas will start being used
• Payment information (bank account, credit card, etc.)

• Not required if paying by bank transfer slip

• Electric supply ID number (optional)
