First connect attempt after launch fails with cannotStartTunnel (OpenVPN), second attempt succeeds

Usually a reboot fixes the "cannot start tunnnel" but if we can fix it structurally that would be welcome

User reports, while connecting via openVPN (tunnelkit) the WiFi goes off/on, and I see in the log above " Current SSID: none (disconnected from WiFi)"

'show in dock' toggle ignored on relaunch

Users like it to be able to start/stop VPN via status menu and switch profiles. Other VPN products also offer such functionality
