Il y a aussi certains serveurs qui rejettent les serveurs mail en DUL.
Dynamic User List (DUL) includes IP addresses in dynamic ranges identified by ISPs. Most legitimate mail sources have static IP addresses.
Par exemple, je suis chez Free (donc en DUL), mon serveur mail derrière ma box, et quand j'essaie d'envoyer un mail à certains (c'est rare, mais ça arrive), MAILER-DAEMON n'est pas content:

Je clique donc sur Request to be removed from the global blocked list, et je reçois cette réponse:
X.X.X.X is listed on DUL because your ISP Proxad has indicated that we
are to list this address on DUL and every mail should be through
their relay. Since Proxad is responsible for this space, we will
not remove any entries from the DUL except on request from the
owner listed in whois. That means that we need to hear from your
ISP(Proxad) prior to removing any listing from the DUL.
If you have further questions, please contact Proxad directly.
