le code est libre (ou « ouvert », je ne sais pas si c'est la même chose).

• libre a une définition précise, tant au sens de la FSF que de l'OSI ou des DFSG, Libre Software ayant même droit de cité comme dans FLOSS
• ouvert j'ai comme un doute, open-source étant un peu plus précis, àmha
