Le FS peut être chiffré grâce à cryptoapi ou loop-aes. Le swap aussi.
Le noyau pré-compilé livré sur Mandrake et SuSE fait ça. On peut opter soit pour des containers chiffrés, soit pour des partitions entières chiffrées: http://openpgp.vie-privee.org/linux.html(...)
