Sourceforge, même si c'est propriétaire, reste quand même la meilleure forge jamais créée. Pourquoi ? Support de mercurial, SVN, GIT, MediaWiki, Bazaar, trac, forum, hébergement web, wordpress (WTF ?!), Mailman, CVS (WTF ?!!) .... De plus, l'inscription est "no question asked" (contrairement à savannah), et la majorité des trucs bien et opensource l'utilise (MySQL, Python, JRuby, JBoss, SugarCRM,...).
Maintenant, j'ai plus qu'à dégager ma responsabilité en cas de troll :
