urpmq -i bootchart-logger indique notamment :
The boot logging script for bootchart cant be used through adding
"init=/sbin/bootchartd" to the kernel command line in GRUB or LILO boot menu.
It collects data about the boot process that can later be processed
by bootchart.
Tu pourras voir si l'attente de disponibilité du réseau ralentit le boot...
Sinon passer en 2008.0 qui intègre de nouvelles optimisations et est plus récente.
Au fait, tu arrives à quoi comme temps de démarrage finalement ? (sous Gnome ou KDE ?)
