They are pushing forward to use both hardware and software formats that they like to call "technologies", but doesn't bring anything new to the custommer, while trying to lock him into using proprietary hardware and software (thinking about WMA, that only plays under MS Windows), taking away our freedom to choose our hardware and software, and more, taking away our right to fairly use the product we bought, either in playing it as often as pleases us, or making backup copies in the terms of our own countries' laws.
