La GPL t'oblige à diffuser sous une license libre toute version modifiée d'un code en GPL.

Le problème c'est déjà posé avec QT 1.x. KDE utilisait des en-têtes et des bibliothèques de QT, et pourtant QT n'est pas tombé en GPL. Alors cesses de raconter n'importe quoi.
