En lisant http://www.mpegla.com/main/programs/AVC/Documents/AVC_TermsS(...) , ça peut faire douter :
"For (a) (1) branded encoder and decoder products sold (...)" --> Payant
"For (b) (2) where remuneration is from other sources, in the case of free television (television broadcasting which is sent by an over-the-air, satellite and/or cable Transmission, and which is not paid for by an End User)," --> Payant.
Concernant Firefox précisément, ce n'est pas clair pour d'autres sites (et de mon point de vue), pas aussi clair que cio.de le dit, car Firefox peut être considéré comme un produit "remuneration is from other source" (ie l'utilisateur paye avec du temps de cerveau disponible avec la barre de recherche en haut à droite), bref certains disent que Firefox pourrait l'avoir gratuit, d'autres que ce n'est toujours pas gratuit pour eux.
Faudrait un juriste pour dire si Firefox pourrait embarquer gratuitement un décodeur avec ce changement.
