a ce que je me rappelle, le fondateur de nevrax s'est cassé quand certains de ses investisseurs ont voulu le forcer a s'associer a un editeur, et comme le code etait GPL il a continué a le developper dans une nouvelle structure en emmenant pas mal de developpeurs (sodomie feeling pour les investisseurs je suppose)
