C'est une histoire de dpi et donc de taille de l'écran AMHA, il existe une option à rajouter dans XF86Config-4 dans la Section "Monitor":

DisplaySizewidth height
This optional entry gives the width and height, in millimetres, of the picture area of the monitor. If given this is used to calculate the horizontal and vertical pitch (DPI) of the screen.
En gros tu indique la largeur et la hauteur de ton écran en mm et voilà...
