    à priori ce texte nous est favorable:

    We are now the supporters of the EU directive project.

    There are real chances that it will become a helpful directive in the 2nd
    reading.

    This is imho the most important message today.

    Some organisations like Attac are now hectically taking positions
    against the
    directive, thereby doing Bolkestein/EICTA etc a great service.
