De fait, il y a une clause abusive (en France) dans le règlement : « The Entrant agrees to assign all rights, title and interest in to the submission, including copyright, to Sponsor and waives his/her moral rights in the submission. »
Visiblement, c'est la même chose en Australie, si on en croit la phrase qui suit la précédente : « In the case of Entrants who are Australian residents, Entrants consent to the Sponsor doing or omitting to do any act which may otherwise infringe the Entrant’s moral rights (as defined in the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth)). »
