Par contre c'est une licence de modification, en plus de distribution, mais en aucun cas une licence d'utilisation : voir le paragraphe 0 de la GPL v2 "Activities other than copying, distribution and modification are not covered by this license; they are outside its scope. The act of running the Program is not restricted, ..."
