Kenya filed the most extensive comments during an initial 30-day review period to see if it would qualify for the faster, five month approval process. The document includes comments from national bodies including Canada, Finland, UK, Australia, Japan and others. "The comments written by several of the national bodies...are 100% identical," said an official involved in the work, implying companies are lobbying policy makers hard behind the scenes.
