Est ce qu'on peut encore plus mal comprendre le probléme que ça?
Linux et les logiciels libres ne sont pas interdits en irak, c'est exporter un linux américain depuis l'amérique vers un de ces pays, à cause d'une loi anti-ces-pays-là. Probléme purement américano-américain. Circulez il n'y a rien à voir.

Q:On n'a pas le droit d'exporter un produit qui contient plus de 10% de code écrit en amérique. Peut envoyer un noyau linux vers l'iran?
The reply basically stated that linux was already in Iran, including some of the kernel programmers, hence no export required. I think that linux is truely international, and the US is unable to restrict distribution to any countries.
R:On s'en fout, linux est déja en iran, développeurs du noyau inclus, pas besoin de l'exporter.
