The system was funded from three sources, the central Chinese government, the province of Jiangsu, and the city of Wuxi. Each contributed approximately 600 million RMBs or a total of 1.8 billion RMBs for the system or approximately 270ドルM USD. That is the cost of the building, hardware, R&D, and software costs.
