Non, mais ils ont utilises leurs brevets pour :
* Retirer le decodeur ASF de virtual dub en brevetant le format du fichier http://www.advogato.org/article/101.html(...)
* Menacer d'embeter Samba et l'implementation CIFS du noyau http://swpat.ffii.org/patents/effects/cifs/index.en.html(...)
