Alors on peut dire que çà ne compte pas, et patati et patata...
Mais cette page et sur leur site web et il y a un lien sur pratiquement toute les pages du site (dont la home page) vers leur position sur les brevets. Ils seront bien ridicules s'ils changent de position. Soulignons aussi leur transparence de façon général surtout quand on pense à mandrake qui ne veut pas fournir les termes de leur license "commerciale".

Je n'ai jamais dit que RedHat (car je pense que tu parles de RedHat) ne ferait jamais de connerie. Jusqu'à maintenant ils sont correctes, honnetes et jusqu'à preuve du contraire l'argent qu'ils encaissent grace au free software est investi dans le free software et non dans un yast propriétaire ou un truc à double license (Avant MNF, mandrake était irréprochable).

Les faits sont là :
Suse est dépendant de Yast qui est propriétaire.
RedHat/Mandrake, et beaucoup d'autre, font des distribes indépendant des programmes propriétaires.
Parcontre j'ai rapellé que Suse contribuait au free software (relis bien et lentement).
La seule projection que j'ai fait est :
