IWUMD 2022 provides an Early Registration Fee From March 14 to April 28, 2022 in order to generate discounted rates of the registration fee to those who are highly interested in the workshop. Online registration is highly recommended to all participants through the On-line system below.

Off-line means attending on-site, and On-line means attending virtual events.
In the case of an Author, If you choose Off-line, you will be presenting on-site.
If you choose On-line, you will be presenting online.

IWUMD 2022 Registration Fee Includes

- Off-line : Workshop sessions, Tutorials, Program Book, e-Proceedings, Welcome Reception, Workshop dinner, Coffee breaks, Lunches, and Visa support
- On-line : Workshop sessions, Tutorials, e-Program Book, e-Proceedings

IMPORTANT NOTE

To prevent No-Shows, ONE of the AUTHORS per each accepted paper need to complete EARLY-REGISTRATION for the workshop through the online registration system. Author's registration including the payment should be completed no later than April 28 (Thu.), 2022; otherwise the abstracts will be withdrawn from the final program and the proceedings publication.

How to Register

Step 1. Sign up & Login
Step 2. Click the ‘Registration Submission’ button
Step 3. Fill out the On-line registration form
Step 4. Click the ‘Submit’ button
Step 5. Check your details and Scroll down and Click the ‘Pay Now’ button
Step 6. [CARD] Pay the registration fee through the On-line payment system
[TRANSFER] Check your invoice and transfer the registration fee
Step 7. Confirmation letter will be sent to you

※(注記) Sometimes, the payment pop-up is blocked and does not proceed after the 'Electronic Payment' pop-up.
In this case, please UNBLOCK the POP-UP in your browser setting, delete the cookie, and try again.

Payment Methods

1) By Credit Card

VISA, MASTER, JCB, and AMEX card are acceptable.
(For Korean): Please note that your monthly credit card statement will indicate the payment you made to Duzon.
(For Foreigner): This payment method is provided by Eximbay(Billing descriptor: EXIMBAY.COM) and is billed as www.eximbay.com

2) By Bank Transfer

Please make the bank transfer to below account specified.
(Sender’s name MUST BE Registration number(4-digits) or registrant’s name.)
All bank remittance charges are to be paid by registrant.
After your deposit details are confirmed, the secretariat will send you a confirmation email of the registration within a week

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please notify IWUMD 2022 secretariat in writing to reg@iwumd2020.org to request a refund and cancel your registration.
All bank service charges are to be paid by the registrant.
Refunds will be made after the workshop and the registration fees are refundable as specified below.

Registration Inquiry

Q. I registered in duplicate, so I would like to delete one of them.

A. If you want to delete one of the registration, please send the Registration Number (4 digits) want to delete and
email address to the secretariat (reg@iwumd2020.org).

Q. I would like to modify a part of my registration information. (Participant type, Payment methods, etc.)

A. [Before Payment] You can modify your registration information on your own before payment is completed.

[After Payment] Please send the Registration Number (4 digits) and Abstract Number you want to modify to the
secretariat (reg@iwumd2020.org).

Q. I want invoice and certificate of the workshop.

A. You can check the documents as below according to the steps.
[Invoice]: After filling out the form and before you pay.
[Receipt], [Confirmation Letter]: After the payment is completed.
[e-Name Badge], [e-Participation Certificate]: After payment is completed, from May 23 (Mon), 2022.

Q. I would like to change the card I paid for.

A. If you would like to change the card that has already been paid, please send the Registration Number (4 digits) and
Payment Date to the secretariat (reg@iwumd2020.org).
