Analyses of Politics and Economics in Contemporary Middle East (2019_1_30_004)

Outline

The Middle East Review (Chuto Rebyu), IDE-JETRO’s leading web magazine following the previous series of Chuto Sogo Kenkyu (published during 1975–1978) and Gendai no Chuto (published during 1986–2010), is intended to publicize our results of political and economic research into the contemporary MENA region. It consists of two main parts: MENA reports (in Japanese), which treats topics on relatively short-term topics, and articles (in Japanese/English) on more-general issues. Its main writers are the staff members or former staff members of our institute, but for several new topics we invite new English writers from abroad. This project is intended to continue the regular editing and publishing activities of this web magazine.
