People and Business Resource Groups

Our People and Business Resource Groups (PBRGs) are a critical part of the Global Inclusion and Diversity strategy at Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS). We are committed to sustaining a culture of inclusion that relies on the diversity of people, and on unique perspectives and experience to achieve our patient-focused mission and business objectives.

Open to all, our PBRGs help to foster a culture of inclusion, strong employee engagement, higher levels of productivity, opportunities for networking, continued professional growth and development beyond the day-to-day role.

We want everyone at BMS to bring their authentic selves to work and to use their diverse perspectives to contribute in a unique and meaningful way to our mission. In the UK, we have six PBRG groups that focus on the Inclusion and Diversity priorities of our workplace.
